Personal Yoga Sessions
Whether you're new to yoga and intimidated to take a group public class, or you are a seasoned practitioner who is looking for individualized teaching to further your practice, personal yoga sessions are perfect for you.
In a private lesson, you are able to work 1 on 1, or in small groups, with Tate where he builds each session to fit your needs. Each session is designed around your body and what you are looking to get out of each session. You control the heat. Do you want it hot, warm or normal room temperature? We'll customize it.
