Yoga Retreat in Sicily

Sicily, Italy Sept. 23rd - 30th, 2023

Relax, Unwind & Explore in Sicily

Join leading London teacher Adam Husler and Seattle-based Tate Englund as they join up to create an exceptional week of yoga and relaxation you definitely don't want to miss.

Nestled in the heart of the Madonie natural park of Sicily, our retreat takes place in a wonderfully restored 17th century "Masseria”. The Madonie region is one of the wildest areas in Sicily, rich in forests, valleys, mountain gorges and medieval villages.

The retreat has a beautiful terrace overlooking the valley and mountains beyond and a large infinity pool set among the palms and olive trees. It also has an authentic 18th century labyrinth garden and plenty of hidden spots perfect for solitude and reflection. Set in 25 hectares of private land, you will be able to wander along many peaceful paths in a centuries-old oak forest and along the riverbank in the valley.

Adam Husler

Drawing from a variety of lives lived off the mat, Adam Husler( E-500RYT) brings a unique perspective to those who seek more from yoga than making pretty shapes. He offers creative, effective and clearly-sequenced teachings that focus on balancing flexibility and strength;physically and mentally. Educated by globally renown teachers, including Jason Crandell and Michael Stone, Adam specialises in a signature style of Alignment-Based Vinyasa— fuelled by a fascination with anatomy and a desire to ask ‘why?’

Adam believes that yoga is a personally subjective practice of self enquiry, where one thing is for certain: whether a long-time listener, first time caller, or anywhere in between... yoga offers us all plenty of options to challenge and reward. Start small, go slow, practise, and all is coming. With a robust home schedule in London and leading workshops, trainings and festivals continuously around the world, including teaching on Jason Crandell’s 200hr training, Adam has thousands of teaching hours under his belt. You can find Adam chatting on the Honestly Unbalanced podcastand teaching online, including on thehuslers.com platform.
